Actually, this un-birthday is like any other un-birthday. This day is the same day as my real birthday. I am officially 18 years old. October really rushed by for me, what with getting adjusted to college. Seriously, that stuff just eats up your spare time. And when I’m not studying, I’m probably looking at silly Youtube [link] or watching hilarious online reviews [link] . I also have been looking into some web comics. I just read all of Riceboy and it was great!

I’m very sorry for neglecting dA for quite a while. When I logged in today, I had way too many messages to look at. Otherwise, my birthday has been going smoothly. I got a few gift and I loved all of them and my family is very sweet. My brother actually drew a picture of my characters Leopold and Roja, and it was awesome. I feel really bad for him though, since he went through a lot of difficulties through a series of unfortunate events. I can't wait for dinner. My mother is going to make one of my favorite foods of al time: Arepas with cheese inside!

Here in the U.S., the economy is pretty bad. Thankfully, our home is paid off, so the recession isn’t hitting us as bad as some other people, but California colleges are really feeling it. I’m having furlough days left and right, classes are being cut and tuition looks like it’s going to keep getting higher. I’m considering taking commissions some day in the future. I know it won’t do much, but every little bit counts, you know. Would anyone care if I considered this?
