:bulletyellow:Animal Crossing

What a pleasant game this was. I remember that my brother and I used to play this together. We called our town Termina. Yeah, we were uncreative. This game was very relaxing, and the villagers were very charming. One of my favorites was Tybalt the yellow tiger, grrrah. I had so much fun trying to complete the museum; I even caught every insect in the game.

:bulletyellow:Animal Crossing: Wild World

My favorite installment of the Animal Crossing series. Sure, the holidays SUCKED in this game, but I liked the customization and the added stuff with your neighbors. It’s also unsettling to know that all of the players live in the same house, but since I played this game alone, I was able to customize my mansion however I liked. Character’s from the original game, such as Blathers, Nook, Gulliver, ect, were changed slightly or expanded upon, which was refreshing. I can’t help but notice that Tom Nook was depicted as being a whole lot more greedy in Wild World than the original (Population Growing). I’m sure the online play was pretty good to, but I wouldn’t know for certain. My DS is apparently sickly and refuses to function correctly with WIFI. Oh yeah, and my villagers were awesome! Especially Joey.

:bulletyellow:Animal Crossing: City Folk

I remembered buying this the day it was released and feeling a tad disappointed. Animal Crossing isn’t exactly known for it’s difficulty or exciting game play, yet City Folk seemed easier than it should have been. But at the same time, it was unnecessarily frustrating with elements such a dying grass. It was too easy to befriend your villagers, yet neighbors that are extremely close to you will decide to move away, and there is virtually no way to persuade them not to. I think the moment I realized that City Folk was my least favorite Animal Crossing game was when I caught some bees around the second or third time they fell. Bees are supposed to be intimidating and challenging to catch, yet… City Folk sort of follows the Pokemon syndrome, in that it didn’t change or improve enough from its predecessor Wild World, yet Wild World changed quite a bit from Population Growing. The most prominent change City Folk made was the addition of the City. I liked Harriet and Lyle’s new depressing occupation, but overall, The city is a big grey puddle of dullness. But that’s just me.

Enjoy =)

I love all of them but I think City Folk would have to be the worst
